(SER) To Recognize Business Potentials in Belgrade

The main goal of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce (BCC) (www.kombeg.org.yu) in 2008 will be to recognize the potentials of all businessmen, so the economy of the capital city could become export-oriented, said the President of BCC Milan Jankovic. The creation of Belgrade's Development Strategy, which should be harmonized with development strategies of Serbia and Southeast Europe, is one of the BCC's priorities in 2008, said Jankovic at the session of Chamber's Management Board and Assembly held in center "Sava". The Management Board and Assembly decided to decrease the membership fees. The physical and legal persons which are establishing their businesses for the firs time will not pay the membership fee during the first year. The companies with one employee will pay 1.600 dinars, the companies with 2 • 5 employees • 2.400 dinars and companies which employ sic to nine workers will pay 3.200 dinars. The Chamber will organize the free English language and computer courses as well as fair and exhibition appearances, said Jankovic.
